Sam is the absolute best! I had been struggling for months to lose weight using workout apps, but when I met Sam she made a program specifically for me and I already lost 15lbs! She knows when to push me when I need it and has a keen sense of when I need to dial back training. I actually even started taking her yoga classes to supplement my at-home stretching and it has only made my weight loss journey that much better. I can’t recommend Sam enough, her programming and encouragement has not only helped me get fit but rebuild my self confidence!

Sam is an absolutely incredible instructor. She gives very clear and understandable cues to guide you through everything. She is super helpful and very warm. It was great having a yoga experience focused on doing what was best for your body.

I would highly recommend this to anyone! I was a little nervous going into it but the instructor made it a very smooth and comforting process. Afterwards I feel a night and day difference and can't wait for the next session
